Sweetland is a family owned business having been founded by Houssam Haddad in 1997 and then subsequently joined by his brothers Akram and Wassim who are all still together today.
We are an Artisan bakery ,all the pastries at Sweetland are handmade as can be seen from the gallery of photos of a tour of the bakery, based in Park Royal in West London. We are BRC approved.
The company also only has one UK shop which is attached to its bakery. The Company is planning to move to another bakery in 2017, as HS2 is planning to compulsorily acquire the current facilities!
We will keep you informed of developments but of course you are able to buy online at all times through our website. We are actively seeking other sites for you purchase our products.
We have a very comprehensive range of products from Petit Fours, Maamoul, Cream items, Cookies and Nuts and ofcourse Baklawa, all of which are HANDMADE ON THE PREMISES.
WE also have recently launched our Light Range of Baklawa and maamoul, which have no added sugar , and are suitable for diabetics and contain 15% fewer calories than regular Baklawa.
We have been gratifying our customer’s gourmet fantasies with our selection of Mediterranean pastries for many years, why not try one of our Mixed Maamoul or Mixed Baklawa platters.
Our policy is to maintain the quality of our products through selecting the best ingredients: dates, almonds, pistachios, cashews and walnuts.
